SORT SHIT OUT FOR MARKET

 

Today I'm going to finish off that colourful wave runner first and foremost.

Our next market is tomorrow.

Then next month the real fun begins.

We have 4 markets in October, November and December.  So, it's gunna be fairly busy, what with markets and Open Homes!

I'm going to be having lunch in town today, with Stew and our friend Jacqui.  That should be lovely.

So, I better get a move on and get the house ship shape, then  finish that runner.  I also have to go through the Market Checklist, and make sure we have everything we need. 

ONWARD...

ABOVE:   9.51 am ... and it's finished, and I've already started making a second one.  Which I won't get finished today I'm sure.

Gosh I love Briscoes!

I bought my new iron at full price 8 days ago, and today they are having a sale on EVERYTHING... so I just take my receipt in and they refund me half the price of it.

BOOM!  I knew that would happen.   I'll pop in there after lunch, on my way home.

3.07 pm:  Lunch, and the company, was lovely.  I got my $60 back from Briscoes, then came home and tried to warm up.  It's been/is another freezing cold day.  According to the weather forecast, we are in for more thunder storms and rain until late tonight.

THEN... tomorrow is supposed to be fine!  I'll believe it when I see it.  I'm dressing for freezing weather tomorrow, for SURE.

Lacy and Keera are due here shortly.  They are staying for dinner.  I'm ordering PIZZA.  

I should have worked a bit more on the next runner this afternoon, but had that mid-afternoon low, where all you want to do is sleep!

But I didn't sleep ... just sat here and scrolled through Instagram/YouTube etc.  As ya do.

7.49 pm: Another quiet day!

Lacy and Keera have been and gone, we enjoyed their company.  And the pizza was pretty good too.

Stew and I have now packed the car, ready for the early morning start.

We will probably go to bed fairly early this evening.
