FIX IT HAIR APPOINTMENT

 It's the second chance to get it right!

The second chance at leaving the hair salon happy.

Gosh I hope this works.  And they don't ruin my hair in the process!

I've found a photo on the blog of my hair after it was done... years ago... that I loved.

ABOVE:  That photo was taken back in 2014, when I had so much more hair!!!   It's freakin sad how it's thinned out so much since then.

That's life for ya.  So much changes.  But anyway, that's the blonde I want again.  Let's see if they can get it right today.

ABOVE:  These are the three Wall Hangings I have to work on over the next few days.  So much stitching!  They will look lovely once finished.

Right, I better go make the bed, put on some washing etc.  Then go to the hair salon.

...  It's now 9.06 am.  I'm feeling so nervous.  What if they are cross with me and make me feel horrible?  Or they completely fuck up my hair?

I had nightmares about my hair snapping and falling out!  OMG.  SO ... NERVOUS.

That blue wig might come in handy.  😂😖😰

Gotta leave in 10 minutes.  Shitting bricks.

It's 11.25 am.

I've been home for about 25 minutes.  

Trying not to cry... again.

I sat with my head over a basin for an hour and a half while they put this and that on my hair.

When they took the towel off and I saw it, I KNEW it was not going to be good.

The girl dried it and asked me what I thought.  I told her it was not what I asked for, and I just wanted to leave.

She asked me if they could do anything else to 'fix' it, I just said no, you will ruin my hair.

I will NEVER go back to Fox Hair Salon.

ABOVE: How in the fuck do you call that BLONDE, or anything like the photo I showed them of my hair in the photo I put up this morning?  It now just looks completely fucked up.

It is no better than it was before.  OMG the grey looked better!!!

Clearly there is no point going back again.

I will just have to put up with it for about 6 months, then try somewhere else.  And what an utter waste of money.

ABOVE:  And.... back up in a bun, cos there's no way I'm wearing that shit down.

I'm actually gobsmacked that a salon specialising in Blonde could do such an incredibly BAD JOB.

And now I have to move on.  Like when the hairdresser chopped all my hair off a while ago, I have to accept what is done is done, and move on.

It is a beautiful day out there, so I shall fling open all the windows and give the house a nice air out.

Then I will sort out a plate for this evening's Card Night in Cambridge.

I thought long and hard about it, and then I sent another email off to the hair salon.  Saying how disappointed I still was, that I thought the new, corrected colour was NOT what I asked for and that I now wanted COMPENSATION.  

I do not want them to try and 'fix' it again as it will ruin my hair.  It has to be left now for months until I can get it done somewhere else.

On a really positive note... the ITCH FROM HELL has gone from a 10+ to a measly 4.   Thank GOD.

I have felt deflated all afternoon.  Not in the mood to do anything.

So I did............... NOTHING.

Played some cards on me computer.

Watched a couple of tv programmes.

Talked to the dogs.

Had lunch.

Made a plate for Card Night.

Scratched me itch.  (Just a bit)

Looked at my hair a thousand times and swore even more.

I hope this evening is fun, cos if it's not I am going to be even crabbier than I am right now.

I really, really hate being cranky.  Particularly when there is nothing you can do about it.  Except suck it up.

10.10 pm:  Card Night was really neat tonight.  So many laughs.  Lovely company.  It isn't even about the card game for me, it's the socialising.  Bex was a HUGE source of hilarity tonight, we all spent a considerable amount of time laughing our heads off thanks to her.  TMI:  She had to 'go' to the bathroom.  The second lady after her nearly died from the stench.  Too funny.  

Well, we thought it was.  😂💩😅

I just had a very yummy hot drink, and will be heading off to bed soon.
