VISITORS TODAY

Sometime this morning I am expecting a visit from my niece Rowena and her family.  They have been over from Australia for the past week or so and are heading back later on today I think.

So it will be lovely to see them, I've not seen them for a few years now.

After their visit, I will be getting on with the jobs around here... and then sewing.

I have card night tonight, so will need to have dinner ready for Stew and Brylee before I head over to Cambridge.  

And that is all I have for now... catch ya later.

1.25 pm:   And the visitors have been and gone.  It was wonderful to see Rowena, Dave, Charlie and Joyce, have not seen them in about 2 years.

Lacy, Amanda and Kelly were here too.

 ABOVE:  2 years ago when they were over last, I gave Charlie a toy train.  This visit... he got the tracks!  And a transformer car from our toybox.  Joyce ... well she wanted my crochet'd Elmo...  and a toy phone.  So well.... Bex I need another blue Elmo now. lol

ABOVE:  We went to the local Hot Bread Shop to grab food for lunch. There was only ONE cheese and onion sandwich... so I had to SHARE it with this tart!
Seems she had been hanging out all week for one.  *sigh*   I COULD have let her have the whole sandwich.  But NO.

And now... it's relax time.  Maybe later I will head into the studio and do some work.

Cards was fun tonight, pretty much as per usual!  We played 500 tonight as there was only 4 of us.  I was on the losing 'team'.  But who cares, it was an outing and I love playing cards.
