This morning I'm getting my hair done again.

I actually can't remember when I last had it done?

Certainly quite a few months ago.  So... I'm having my colour re-done today.

After that, I'm taking myself off to the Doctor.

Cos well...

ABOVE:  It's still spreading.  Maybe there's some weird, random reason, and the Dr can tell me what it is?

But for now... I better start the day.  Catch ya later.

Right.  I took the above photo late last night.  Poor lighting.
This morning....

ABOVE:  this morning, I think it's looking a bit less bruised?  I'm gunna go get me hair done, which will take about 3 hours, then see how it's looking/feeling.  If it's the same I'll go to the Dr.
If it's looking like it's resolving, I won't.

It's friggin' freezing ... just sayin'.  Wish I could take a blanket to the hair salon!

Ha ha... Anon you just made me laugh.

ABOVE: two hours to get all the foils in. Now I wait about 30 - 40 minutes before the next step. Wash 'n' tone.
Me butt is numb.

Three hours... still in tin foil. This is gunna be a 4 hour haul.... and I'm starving and need to piddle!

2.26 pm:  Finally home.
Very happy with my hair colour.
Next was the Doctors, where as a 'walk in' I was looking at a 2 hour wait.  I decided NOT.
If I wanted an appointment, the earliest was Friday NEXT WEEK.

The bruising in my hand is slowly going away, so I shall just wait and see.  Tomorrow is another day.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "HAIR TODAY":

Funny how you all seem to blame another family member you're all keyboard warriors a Chrissy pissy got you thinking now

ANON, that's a bit rich.  YOU are a 'Keyboard Warrior',  accusing others of exactly the same thing?  What a dick.

Moving on.... I've just had a really lovely club sandwich for lunch.  And now I'm gunna get the washing out of the dryer then watch some TV.
Thank god my lounge chair is comfy!  Salon chairs suck.

It's been a lovely afternoon and evening.  Just lazed it away really.  Stew had left overs for dinner.  I am gunna have a little yoghurt.
Time to sign off... catch ya tomorrow.

  1. Your hand is looking awful, you must see a Dr.

  2. Holy shit. Eeek. That doesn't look too flash.

  3. Yes, get to the doctor now!! Yikes.

  4. I am wondering if your hand is a side effect of the Covid vaccination. I am glad you are going to the Doctor.

  5. Anonymous9:05 AM

I think you should go to the Dr anyway Chris. I've got another bruise on a knee I hurt several weeks ago. The bruising all went but its sore and bruising again.

  6. Anonymous9:06 AM

Dang, that hand of yours looks painful. I would go to the doctor and rule things out, like a spider bite. Take care and good luck!! Ky Girl

  7. Anonymous9:16 AM

Are you on blood thinners? If not then any unexplained bruising needs to be checked out even if it’s nothing. Could it be a white tail spider bite?

  8. Get to the Dr, even if it is not worse by the time you leave the hairdressers. It may be some sort of infection which you absolutely do NOT want spreading. Also - who says you cannot take a blanket???

    1. Anonymous11:49 AM

Agree, Tracy, with both your comments. It could be something as simple as lack of iron but not worth ignoring. No reason why you can't take a blanket to the hairdresser. Audrey

  9. Anonymous11:48 AM

Sometimes small blood vessels randomly burst, I have had that happen in my finger...good to get it checked.

  10. Anonymous12:00 PM

Karma b**** I hope your hand falls off

    1. Karma? The only reason my mother would lose her hand would be due to one of her kids going against the old saying, don't bite the hand that feeds you, not karma. Now being that you are either a biter, or a friend of one, why don't you just crawl back into your little hole and stay there.

    2. Yip Aon Karma is a bitch and she left a bruise on her hand when she slapped you in the head you silly bitch

    3. Oh we pitty poor pathetic souls like you annon, we all know who you are lol 😂
Please go get yourself some profesional help, you obviously need it lol

    4. Honey, you seem to have forgotten 1) your manners & 2) to sign your name. What exactly is the point if your comment? Pretty sure Chris has thick enough skin not to give a flying F^*# what some gutless, anonymous troll has to say.

  11. Anonymous12:09 PM

    Wow anon - pathetic much?

  12. Chris, I hope you were able to see the doctor about your hand. Antibiotics may be needed. Take care of yourself!

  13. Why on earth would anyone, ever, make a troll comment like that above? Keyboard warriors... unbelievable.

  14. I know cellulitis can be a reaction to actually having Covid, so it might be possible it can be a temporary reaction to vaccine also.

I think there have been skin reactions to Moderna, but I think they are usually at the injection site. (You might have said, which vaccine did you receive?)

Something to think about, if this does end up being related to the vaccine - at least you will know it “took”. It is not necessarily a bad thing to have a reaction.

I had Pfizer and had no reaction to either injection, last spring. So I have wondered all this time if it actually took/worked.

  15. OMG Anonymous what a dreadful thing to say. It’s pretty easy to work out who you may be by reading through the lines of Chris’ blog! All I can say is, most families have one black sheep but this black sheep is particularly nasty (maybe evil) and clearly needs urgent psychological help.

    1. Its the new black sheeps follower's

I was always the black sheep but im the annoying type that actually sticks around and helps and cares for family no matter what, oh and doesn't turn around and shit on them ect.
The keyboard annon is a follwer of the toxic black sheep and its little bunch of nasty minnions, but hey we just dont give it the time of day and wish it well.

      #Lacy 💙

  16. Omg words fail, if you are nasty enough to comment leave your name and why even follow Chris and why type ****. I have never before commented on an anon post but this one takes the cake. Maybe it was a sore loser who posted the comment!!!

  17. I hope your hand is all healthy by now. If not, hurry up to see a doctor. People who take blood thinners sometimes get bruises that look like that. Be well my friend.

  18. I agree about the comments re Anon, who would someone like that in their lives

  19. Sometimes diabetes can cause bruising to hands and feet like that.
Best to get it looked at
    Hope it improves soon

  20. The only reason anonymous trolls live awful comments is that they don’t like themselves much so they project onto others. Sorry you have to put up with this Chris. Hope that bruise keeps subsiding…. Good excuse to not cook dinner I reckon 🤣
