Seriously, I don't have anything to yak about right now!
It's Sunday.
It will be all day.
Maybe we will go out?
Don't know.
Until I have something worth yakking about.. I'll just give you a photo of :
ABOVE: Emily finally pulling Teddy's tail!
Even more reason for Teddy to dislike her!
He is so good with her though... but I know I can never trust him 100% with her. He's a dog afterall... and any dog can turn if given the right circumstances.
So, we supervise their interaction.
I entered a fabric Giveaway on Cyndi's blog... and I WON a bundle of fabric! I'm thrilled to bits....
ABOVE: this is the fabric I won... isn't it just GORGEOUS! I can't wait for it to arrive... it is going to boost my meagre fabric stash for sure.
I have woken up feeling a bit 'seedy'... even though I did not drink much last night, I did have two glasses of wine, and wine and me really don't get along. *sniff*
I feel the need to show you how the pups have grown since they were born! So look at this:
ABOVE: the day they were born, and...
ABOVE: now, at 11 days old. Can you tell how much they have grown or not! They swamp poor Coco.
There are two little girl pups who are still very small... the bigger four seem to just push them out of the way half the time. It's a situation I am keeping a close eye on.
When we weighed them last night both of the small girls only had a very small gain. I hope they have a better gain today.
This afternoon Stew and the kids went out and I decided to stay home and enjoy some peace and quiet. Just as well I did as Stew's sister arrived ... Whoops! I had forgotten she was coming to visit... lucky I was home!
So we had a lovely visit, she is taking possession of her new home in just over a week and is very excited with her plans to renovate etc.
I picked up Rhino to show him to my SIL.. and he pee'd in me hand! That was a first for me! lol
End of Day: totally lazy day!... finished off with a nice dinner Stew cooked, and a move on the TV.
nite nite.
Nice picture
ReplyDeleteI love the difference in their feet in the two pictures. I'm glad you are keeping an eye on those greedy boys.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Sunday.
My brother used to separate the pups once a day and let the runts get a good feed...maybe you could try this? He also separated them once they were on solids.
ReplyDeleteO they are so sweet and so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI loved the pictures of Granpaw and Grandbaby! They are so cute!
I love their little legs hanging out the back of their bodies.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are having a relaxing Sunday. Tom took our boys out and I've been enjoying a small break. Did the laundry/ironing etc, but also managed to give myself a manicure whilst watching my favourite shows!!
ReplyDeletePS: Emily is so cute! Wow, I know how quickly time flies, but she looks quite different already, doesn't she?
The puppies are too cute, and I think seperating them so the littlies can gain some weight would be good idea.
ReplyDeleteThat's a sign the Rhino is to be your Sister In Laws dog.
ReplyDeleteFor it is written: "When a dog gazes and his new master, he shall pee in his mothers masters hand"
Amen
I see the pups are losing their pink. Pups and babies are so similar. They just grow so quickly. I think dog moms don't have it easy. They have to feed all their young at one go. You know, if anyone/anything pees on me mom, she would go buy lottery right away!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your caring hand will help the two little girls gain some weight.
ReplyDeleteEmily is so cute! Great pictures.
You always seem to have such exciting days!
ReplyDeletePS........did you know in Germany it's Coke Light....when I asked for a Diet Coke they didn't know what I was talking about! I'll have to post a pic of the coke light can with a really tiny girl on it. :)
They have grown a lot! what cuties!
ReplyDeleteAw! Emily is adorable! That is so awesome that your grandbabies live nearby. And what fun with the puppies!
ReplyDeleteBlessings & Aloha!
