SECOND CHANCE...

ABOVE:  here's hoping TODAY he gets the job done... it won't be for the lack of trying I suppose.

ABOVE:  Emily a few days ago... looking so darn cute... AND...

ABOVE:  and Sienna being held by her big sister Haylea... both so cute.  Can't wait to meet them.

So clearly our day is going to be tailored around getting Coco mated... then if 'it's' worked we might go out somewhere.  Starting to feel housebound... it doesn't take long.

ONWARD....

Oh we have the Spa Pool man coming today as well to check out HOW they will get the pool into positon... we think a crane will be required!

After all the rain and wind yesterday and Friday... today is a stunner!  Light winds and sunshine... so nice.

FROGGY: nope, no sign of the furniture and no word from them either.  Ignorant pigs.  We can't go and collect it ourselves either as they have it in storage somewhere in Whitianga... we don't have the key obviously.

Dog people are not here yet (12 noon) but we expect them within the next half hour.  Same with the pool man.

It will be 'all go' here ... lol

Well it certainly was ALL GO!  Mac and his owner arrived and he DID THE DEED!  Coco wasn't that sure about it all.... but she complied with nature.  When Mac left she stood at the top of the stairs and whimpered for him!  So cute!

Oh and the Spa man arrived while the dogs were being 'busy' too... so Stew talked to him.  He reckons a crane will not be necessary... just several strong men.  Rather him than me.

Lunch time now...

End of Day:  a quiet afternoon... went out to Maraetai Beach for a quick walk... it was GLORIOUS out there!  Photos tomorrow.
nite nite.

  7. On oldie but a goodie:

A little girl asks her mum, 'Mum, can I take the dog for a walk around the block?'
Her mum replies 'No, because she is on heat.'
'What does that mean?' asked the child.
'Go and ask your father. I think he's in the garage.'
The little girl goes out to the garage and says, 'Dad, can I take Lulu for a walk around the block? I asked Mum, but she said the dog was on the heat, and to come ask you.'
He took a rag, soaked it in petrol, and scrubbed the dog's backside with it to disguise the scent, and said 'Ok, you can go now, but keep Lulu on the leash and only go one time around the block.'
The little girl left and returned a few minutes later with no dog on the leash..
    Surprised, Dad asked, 'Where's Lulu?'
    You'll love this!!!!!!!!!)...............

The little girl said, 'She ran out of petrol about halfway round the block, so another dog is pushing her home.'
