MUST INTRODUCE THE FAMILY TO KIWIYO TODAY

YEP, seriously.... I can 'do' Kiwiyo three lunchtimes in a row... lol!
Not sure if we will go to the one in Botany or Mission Bay though.
Might decide that a bit later on this morning.

For now...it's get some washing on, tidy the house a bit (cos I did NOTHING yesterday)... and maybe do some more work on me sewing project?

ABOVE:  progress on the Cot Bumper Set.

I have to haul out parts of Steve and Bex's cot so I can get the measurements right for the Cot Bumper Set... shame it's behind everything else stacked up in the darn garage ... *sigh*

OH and I want to scrub our 'old' Phil and Ted's double pram too... cos if it cleans up nicely Steve and Bex might be able to use it.  If not... well they will just have to buy a new one.

ONWARD...

Well... the family's verdict on KIWIYO?
LOVED IT!  That was lunch... lol!

Now home again, and I'm going to clean the pram seat then do some sewing...

OR NOT!  I mucked around on Facebook for a little while, then went and picked up a certain teeny tiny baby girl.
Miss Muppet is having a 'sleep over' tonight.  Hmmm, me thinks I will be sleeping on the couch again so Stew gets a good sleep.  I don't mind though... our couch is super comfy.

ANNY:  No, you didn't miss anything!  They are having a single baby... but my pram has an extra seat for if you have an infant and a toddler.  It's a really good pram, I used it for Brylee and Griffin.  And ... Steve and Bex are planning on having at least 2-3 kids, so they will need a 'double' pram at some point.  In the meantime, they can use it as a single pram, and keep the 2nd seat off it.

MEL:  we can't have that can we, let me rectify the lack of photos!...

ABOVE:  Uncle Steve having a cuddle before he heads off to Hamilton for the night...

ABOVE:  we have lots of photos like this of Steve holding a baby!  .... It is hard to believe that in just 16 weeks or so he is going to be  holding his own baby !!!

ABOVE:  Steve and Keera having a meaningful conversation... I'm sure.  lol

ABOVE:  my lap was full!  Teddy jumped up after this photo too.  They are so used to babies they hardly take any notice any more.

I'm looking forward to dinner tonight... Stew is cooking.  It's always lovely when I don't have to cook.

MEL:  glad I made you happy!  I concur on your observation of S & B, they are going to make lovely parents.  Their little boy is going to be loved to bits.

End of Day: bloody rugby... Stew is glued to the TV watching rugby  *sigh*.  I don't mind watching the odd game, but he's got to watch EVERY SINGLE ONE.
I'm off to the garage to do some sewing, I'll leave him with the baby... ha ha ha!
nite nite.

Your new photo on the side is lovely, blue suits you so much!

I can never get over how many little projects you get done, I need to take a leaf out of your book and get some jobs started and knocked over, even if its just spring cleaning cupboards, etc.

Have a good weekend with your Stu. Cheers Glenys

That is more like it ;-) Steve is going to make a wonderful day, you can see it in these photos. I've said it before but I will say it again, Steve & Bex are going to make wonderful parents.

  7. Yep - Steve and Bex will be amazing parents. I'm just so happy for them. Let's hope they can 'get together' before then, living wise I mean. They will be just such a lovely little family.
