I hope you have a lovely day, and we can get out and about somewhere for a nice lunch.

I'm thinking of Raglan, it's been on my mind for ages now to go back to ORCA for their seafood platter.

Last night I slept a bit better, so fingers crossed I'm finally on the mend.

We have a private viewing at 12.30 today, so plan on going out for a late lunch after that.  

But for now.. it's 'get the house ready for viewing time'.

OH... EXCELLENT NEWS on my 💩💩💩 status!!! Things have moved.  I feel so much better for that.  9 days.  NINE DAYS WITH NOTHING HAPPENING!  That was actually a bit scary.

The Private Viewing wasn't for too long, so once it was over we went home, closed all the windows, turned off all the lights and went out for lunch.

We ended up at Fergus again.

I wasn't feeling like the drive out to Raglan at all.

My head feels like it's got 'brain fog'... too many pills on board I think.

Lunch was lovely, you can't seem to go wrong at Fergus.  I feel like it was the first decent/fulfilling meal I've had in a week!  

Once home again, I had a nap while Stew watched a movie.

Then after an hour or so I went into the sewing room and worked on the last two Square Table Toppers.

ABOVE:  That is called a cringe moment... waiting for the machine's needle to break.  But luckily, it didn't.  Funky pin now, only good for the bin.

ABOVE: That's the two I have already finished.

I really love the one on the right.

ABOVE: These two will get finished tomorrow.  Then what will I do next?  

We bought another Smash Cake for this evening.  Just Steve, Bex and their kids could make it tonight.  The kids will love the cake I'm sure.

ABOVE:  Lily's first time helping Granddad blow out his candles.  Last year she wasn't here yet.

ABOVE:  Those Smash Cakes are lovely, but OH SO RICH!  No one could eat much.

I probably won't buy another one.

ABOVE: It was so lovely of this lot to come over mid week.  

Now they have gone home, and we are going to just enjoy the remainder of the evening.
