YOU CAN GET SOME NEAT IDEAS OFF BLOGS!

I was reading a blog a couple of weeks ago ( a sewing one) and the lady kept all her current projects in seperate cute cardboard boxes.... so yesterday afternoon I went out and bought me some...

ABOVE:  me new boxes... not really loving the green/yellow ones... but that's all I could find.

ABOVE:  my 'revamped' craft area... to the left is card making, right is sewing.  It's all sorted and I couldn't be happier.  Just have to do some card making/sewing now! But, it's freakin cold down in the garage.... so maybe not right now!

TODAY:
I'm taking Coco to a new groomer in Pukekohe... fingers crossed it goes well and she doesn't get too stressed... she HAS to be done!  I simply can't get her to keep still for me anymore, and I'm scared of hurting her right now...

I must show you guys her belly soon!  She is all tummy!

After an early lunch (for me) I have a shift at the Hospice shop... so it's a fairly busy day today...

Coco:  we will know how many puppies there are on Monday afternoon, as she is having an x-ray at the Vet's at 2pm.  HOW ABOUT A BIT OF FUN???

*****How many puppies, how many girls and how many boys???  Guess all correctly and I will GIVEAWAY a small bag, 6 cards and some Kiwi stuff inside to the winner. *****

My biggest fear?  Is that she's having a phantom pregnancy and there are NO puppies!  lol

ABOVE:  Groomed... and with a bow for the first time... and we  LOVE IT!  She is so darn cute!!!  Teddy is booked in for a groom next week.. but maybe not a bow !  lol  Oh and check out that fat belly!!!

Gotta go to work now... laters...

OMG I froze at work today!   seriously, it takes the fun out of being there when it's so cold!  More clothes next time me thinks.

Steve has just left with Amanda... he's gone to Hamilton to house sit for them while they are down in the South Island on holiday.   So it's just us 4 again ... for a week anyway.
Not cooking tonight... Stew can bring home the dinner... chinese will be nice I do believe.

We went out for dinner instead of getting takeaways.  Still chinese though,  we went to our favourite Chinese Restaurant in
Botany:
ABOVE:  they really do wonderful food... though DON'T order the won tons... cos they have virtually NO MEAT in them whatsoever.  Everything else we have had there is just delicious.

ABOVE:  very pretty 'flower' eh?  I brought it home so I try and copy it... it's made out of carrot!   Clever buggers.

End of Day:  a busy but nice day.
nite nite.

ANIMALS... LOTS OF THEM...

I promised you some photos of the animals at my niece's home eh?   Well... here they are:

ABOVE:  weird ducks...  = lots of duck poo.  Wonder is they would taste nice?

ABOVE: one of the chickens decided to visit inside...

ABOVE: one chicken getting short shift from my nephew Alan...

ABOVE x's 3:  Nibbles the goat wandered in too...

ABOVE:  my nephew having to get the wildlife out again...  Nibbles was not gunna leave until someone chased him out.

ABOVE: Brandy feeding a small steer...

ABOVE: a cute rabbit...

ABOVE: the girls practising being herd's woman...

ABOVE: A very pretty rooster.. that does not crow.

ABOVE: heard of 'pigs in mud'?  Well.. now you can see it.  Be thankful you can't SMELL it!  That was knee deep liquid mud. IKKKKKKkkkkk.

ABOVE: kids in the pen with rabbits.  Shame they couldn't stay there a bit longer.

ABOVE: the view from the lounge... just gorgeous. The ranges, NOT Steve!!!

ABOVE: finally, a funny one of me and Maxine.

Today?  Very little if I can help it!  At some point I will pop out and post a parcel over to Russell and Tess for baby Sienna as I can't see me getting over there until we have had the puppies and sold them now.
Should have gone earlier I think... hindsight... *sigh*

ONWARD...

Parcel is on it's way.... hope it arrives in one piece.
Took me 35 minutes in a queue to get it done...
Gorgeous day out there... should have the washing out.. but I don't.  derrr.

SOMEONE stopped 'Following' Me!  I feel gutted... !  I know I've been a crap blogger friend lately... not reading or commenting on many blogs... but life's just got in the way!  My bad.  Kinda feel like if I can't find the time to visit YOUR blogs why should you visit mine, and like... should I just stop blogging?  It takes a lot of time and commitment to continue...  this feeling is happening more and more often lately... cos I feel guilty.
AND this was supposed to be a weight loss blog originally!  I FAILED on that score too.

No, I don't blog to garner 'followers'... but when I see someone has deleted my blog I feel... my stomach drop?  Weird I know.  I'm just feeling a bit low at the moment... weepy and tired.  Too overweight again and really feeling it.  Really hate myself ... again.

End of Day: it would appear it doesn't take much to set me off down the wrong frame of mind lately.  Going off the Anitdepressants probably didn't help. ... but there is no way I'm going on them again!  I put on over 10 kilos in 6 months while on them!
Shitty things.
nite nite.

WHOOPS, DID TOO MUCH AGAIN... AND MASSES OF PHOTOS TODAY!

I spent hours in the garage last night tinkering around with all that's down there... moved masses of stuff around... will no doubt pay for it today with aches and pains.
But I didn't want to ask the guys to help as it took me ages to decide,  (then change my mind);  where I wanted everything!

Here's some photos from yesterday:

ABOVE AND BELOW:  my 9 week old Great Niece Skye... isn't she so beautiful...

ABOVE:  Steve got to feed her... right in his element he is!  lol

ABOVE: my nephew Alan and his partner Tina, they are the proud parents of Skye and her 3 yr old brother Chayse...

ABOVE: this is Gypsy, he's my nephew-in-law, married to my niece Maxine....

ABOVE: our Brylee (10) and her 2nd cousin Brandy (9), she's Maxine and Gypsy's daughter...

ABOVE: this little imp is Chayse... and he's a right little mischief... and very cute.  He's my Great Nephew.

ABOVE:  can you imagine living here with these views?  Gorgeous!

ABOVE: this little man is Maxine and Gypsy's son Nikale, he's 7 I think!  Mabye 6.  Needs a haircut!....

ABOVE: and here is Joshua, our Grandson who is 10... AND he also needs a haircut!...

ABOVE: across the road from their home is a waterhole... great for summertime!...

ABOVE:  I couldn't resist this photo!  Chayse is so darn cute!  A real Kiwi boy...

ABOVE: The boys spent a little time inside, but not much!  There was plenty of mud and animals to play with outside!

ABOVE: Joshua doing a pose!

ABOVE: gorgeous scenery eh?

ABOVE: Ha!  Brandy and Brylee trying to catch a cow!

ABOVE:  kids having fun down by the pig pen.. which stank to high heaven!

ABOVE: Stew tickling Chayse... he is very ticklish!

ABOVE:  me and Maxine (she also goes by the name Sabrina, though I have only ever called her Maxine), she's a good kid.

Now believe it or not I took 794 photos yesterday!  I have only put A FEW on today.  I am saving some of the 'animal' ones for tomorrow!
lol

Today I am working at the Hospice Shop in the afternoon.   I have changed my shift to Monday and Wednesday afternoons from now on.  I AM OVER THAT FARTING WOMAN .. not only does she fart and stink out the shop, it's offensive!  And she is a tactless, opinionated old bat and I have had enough of her!  It was change shifts or smack her one!  I chose the nicer option.

ONWARD....

We all slept in until after 9 this morning!  I got up earlier to feed the dogs etc then went back to bed!
Love it.

Furniture:  YES there was a bit more, but it was in bad condition with borer so we just left it there!  lol.
It was the big desk that I had wanted back so much... so I'm thrilled to finally have it.  We also got a big box of kitchen ware... must go through that today....

Back from work... it was freezing too!  I bought a few treasures, but can't show you as I am putting them aside of Christmas.
Totally on the ball today... got a lovely beef stew in the crock pot, all the housework is done and I can relax for a while.

End of Day:  I completely lost the plot tonight... kept dropping things in the kitchen while dishing up dinner... got all hot and bothered and just lost it.  I am overtired.  I ache.  Not a good end to the day.
nite nite.

THIS BETTER NOT BE A WASTED TRIP

We are getting up bright and early today... picking up a hire trailer and heading over the hills to Whitianga .... and fingers crossed our furniture is where it's supposed to be... AND it's still in one piece!

Haven't seen this furniture in over 4 years!  And apparently there's a few boxes of 'household stuff' too... my mind boggles at what could be in the boxes?  Mum packed up two houses at one time... so there could be ANYTHING in those boxes.

The nice thing about the trip will be seeing my niece Maxine and her family who live in Whitianga, AND her brother (my nephew) and his family who are visiting from Feilding.  Alan and his partner have a brand new baby girl (Skye) and a three year old boy (Chayse) so it will be lovely to see them all.

We are all meeting up at Maxine's for a family lunch which I am really looking forward to.

so.... until we get back with some photos ... catch ya later!

ONWARD...

End of a long but lovely day!  We travelled in thick fog for over half our trip up to Whitianga this morning, by the time we got to Tairua it was glorious:

ABOVE: then we found the storage unit, and the desk... in one piece!   So the guys and I loaded it onto the trailer..it weighs a tonne!!!  We left the other stuff there as it was riddled with borer!

Then we went on to visit my family... which was really lovely, they live out in the country with some gorgeous scenery all around them... which I will show you tomorrow.

ABOVE: at the wharf in Whitianga... one of my Dad's earlier boats, Vitamin C IV... It felt weird seeing it there!  The owners were in stocking up with groceries as they live on Great Barrier Island, and were only in for the day.  How eerie that we were there to see the boat today?

ABOVE: unloading that desk....

ABOVE: now I just have to tinker around with the arrangement of stuff in the garage!

End of Day:  we are all tired, should be an early night.
nite nite.
