OPEN HOME, SEWING AND FAMILY TIME

 

Another hot day ahead of us.

First up, we will get ready for our midday Open Home.

Then after that is over, we are expecting Steve, Bex and their kids, and Lacy and Keera.  I've got meat in the crock pot for dinner, corned beef.  

I will have to send Stewie out for fresh potatoes, cos ya can't have corned beef without mashed potatoes can ya?

ABOVE: We got a new hose reel for around the back of the house... it certainly looks better than the hose all over the ground in an untidy pile.

ABOVE:  The Square Table Topper I stitched up late yesterday afternoon.  I still have to quilt and bind it.... probably won't get done today.

This one Stew said was like.... REALLY LOVELY.  I agree.  Bright and happy.

ABOVE:  Miss Sylvie is getting big!

She's cute, for a cat.

ABOVE:  There she is, hiding under the chair, or is it a coffee table?  I can't tell.

Right, that's me for now, I'm going to lie here for a bit longer, there's no rush to get outta bed today.
