NOPE

I'm crabby.

I have no interest in yakking today.

If you want me, I'll be in my sewing room.

That is all.

ABOVE:  Today's two finished.
And that's it for now.
I will pull my head out of the dumps and start doing some housework, vacuum the sewing room cos it's got threads all over the floor.
Then I might visit that Christmas Shop after all.

JUST a little add on

I went to town, had a good walk around, sat in the mall and people watched for about an hour.  Had a long conversation with a dear friend.
Got a call from our Estate Agent at midday.

ABOVE:  The contract that was on the table is now A DEAD DUCK.
We refused to cave in on the price after negotiations, and they refused to pay a fair price, so bye bye.

Moving on, we have a few things to consider moving forward after our next Open Home.

But that shall remain between Stew and I right now.

I have just had my lunch, baked beans... poor Stew!  I'm gunna be popping off all evening.

Now I'm going to relax for a little while, before heading off to get everything ready for loading into the car tonight, in readiness for tomorrow's market.

Tomorrow's weather forecast is totally up in the air, according to one site it's going to rain, another it's just cloudy.
It will be what it is on the day, and we will go with the flow.  πŸ˜–πŸ˜•πŸ˜’

Grrrrr....  BACK IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THOSE PEOPLE.

And again, we are waiting for a response from 'them'.  Probably won't be until tomorrow now.

Stew and I are off to bed shortly, as we have a very early start in the morning.

Catch ya tomorrow.

Productivity/accomplishing something is the only thing that pops me out of a bad mood, I totally relate.

Hope you find something fun to watch while you sew.

  6. Well, I guess your "good morning" picture is a reflection of your mood today.
It's Thanksgiving here. A day to binge on food and tv. Maybe that's what you need!
Or you could try the "Hands In" challenge with your dogs! I just did it with Jethro. He's a buffoon!

  9. I'm sorry. How disappointing. You know I LOVE your house. You put so much work and care and thought into it.

Is it the earlier people or ones that looked the other day and ate your bickies?

They must be keen on buying your house or they wouldn't still be negotiating. Pity they have a house to sell first though as it will stretch it out even further. Audrey

Hopefully you are not mucked around with these proposed buyers! They either have the funds to buy or they don’t! If they don’t have the funds to buy your house they need to look elsewhere! It is not up to you to accommodate your buyer! Please stay strong for your price!

I think most people selling are pretty annoyed by the buyers these days. I have known several sellers who got very tired of the demands. They privately adopted “either buy it or get out of my face” feelings mid process. You are very fortunate to have time.

It seems to go from one extreme to the other.

During and after lockdown, here, houses were selling for over asking, word of mouth, without ever even going on the market. No questions, no demands, sometimes not even an inspection. Crazy.

  14. They must be very interested. They just might come around to your way of thinking. You will sell 5 it will be on your terms.
