There is NOTHING on my agenda today, except praying for 'things' to move!
Today is the 6th day with no results after taking:
PRUNES
PRUNE JUICE
KIWIFRUIT JUICE
ONIONS AND BAKED BEANS
CHUCK WAGON CORN
SUGAR FREE SWEETS
I was given a few more ideas to get things going.... which I will investigate if nothing happens today.
I am feeling horribly uncomfortable now, so fingers and toes crossed eh?
I have a couple of sewing projects to work on today, with any luck I will get at least one finished in time for the Village Market on Saturday.
It's WW tonight, if nothing happens... I fully expect a gain.  Stands to reason eh?
And that's all I have for now.
Right.  I'm done with all the waiting and 'shit' talk.  I'm going to the chemist for something that will damn well work.
I feel ill.  This is NOT fun.
And after I've been out, I'll come home and do whatever is necessary to get moving again.
BUT NOT DRINK GODDAM WATER!
Who the hell suggested that???
12 noon.  I was just looking back through all the comments at all the suggestions for me little problem.
There's 16 options (so far)!
I can probably add 16 more to the list.
And possibly still get nowhere.
The Doctor gave me Lactulose (wasn't on the list), and I did try it a few weeks ago.  I think I will go back to that three times a day, as it did seem to work?  It's nauseating though.
Thing is, I've tried so many things, I don't know what works and what doesn't.  Nothing I've tried lately has worked.
But one thing is for sure, I'm over talking about it.  Let's not mention it again.  If I have "success", I'll let ya know. But that's it.  No more comments about SHIT please.
I have been a lazy tart this morning.  I've done literally NOTHING!
And I might continue doing that.
'Moving on'.... it's a glorious day, D is mowing the lawn again and all is good in my world, finally.
I'm off to WW tonight, still not expecting a big loss this week, it's been a fucked up week to be honest.
And I have me jabby jab as well, which no longer freaks me out, thank goodness.
No matter what, Stewie, we are going to have a lovely burger and chips for dinner, OK.
I feel like I don't actually eat enough most days, and that could contribute to 'the problem' as well?
Not sure.
Weirdly, I have ZERO motivation to do anything today.  All my good intentions have flown out the door.  I am just enjoying looking out the window!

Okay, Chris... sometimes you have to use more drastic methods to 'shift it' if you get my drift! Sounds like you need the next step UP; you need to take Magnesium citrate, but be prepared to be home for at least 12 hours. Works good and painless though, but oh boy, it WILL WORK ALOT and you need to be close to a bathroom for the whole day !!! Recommend taking it at bedtime and then... wait for it.... Dawn P. ReplyDeleteWater, drink a litre of water in the next hour and sugar free chewing gum also helps.
ReplyDeleteHey, Girl. I hope you have a "shitty" day!
ReplyDeleteColoxyl with Senna. - and increase fluids. -Without enough fluid obviously that poops’s going to be harder to shift ! Water/ cordial is best of course, but maybe caffeine free Diet Coke? Good luck
ReplyDeleteI do hope you get some relief today.
ReplyDeleteIs it a normal thing? Or just happens once in awhile?
If I go anywhere I have to know A: I’ve already been to bathroom or know where every bathroom is!
B: I sometimes take change of clothes.
And yes I have had all avenues looked at. Doctors specialists I have had this issue since early teenage years.
This is a totally new issue.

ReplyDeleteOnce you get yourself, um, cleared, it might pay to add a good dose of Metamucil of Prune Juice to your daily routine so it doesn't get so bad again. Fingers crossed for some relief for you today! xx Colleen xx
ReplyDeleteI buy Molaxole from the Chemist Warehouse and take one sachet every two days.
ReplyDeleteHi Chris, I have a suggestion a dulcolax laxative suppository I think they are like a small wax type bullet shape that you insert. But work between 15 minutes and 1 hour. I have used them after childbirth and they worked quite quickly. I think that there is a plug type situation happening for you and that doesn't change with prunes etc. The prunes will be making what's sitting above the plug loose but the plug needs help to shift. Hope that makes sense. It's a bit unpleasant but I believe that's what's happening to you unfortunately. Regards Maria (Australia)
ReplyDeleteOhhh Chris one thing !
ReplyDeleteYou can’t go to WW until ya s&@!

6 caps of magnesium, repeated again at night if no action, has worked for a staff member when I recommended. And lord knows I had no bathroom problems when I accidentally took too much magnesium! Sorry you're so miserable, it really does suck. Karen in Sydney
ReplyDeleteToo much magnesium isn't good for you
DeleteGood news. I was gonna private message u earlier and say I've been but then thought that might have been in bad taste.
