Today I'm going to be boring.
I will be sewing that next round table topper, which is looking so lovely I might add. I added another little detail to this one.
I might go down to the gym, and follow it up with a soak in the hot tub as well.
That will depend on how my BSA is feeling. Last night it was really, really sore, to the point where I literally loaded up on painkillers when I got home from WW. BSA= BACK SHOULDER ARM.
I'm sick of typing it all out. Get used to BSA. 😊
I do wish now I'd made a Dr's appointment with another doctor when I went down there last week. Now I'll have to wait until we get home from Australia. Derrr.
Sorry the BSA is still a bother. I've almost made it through my sciatica problem with 2 Tylenol Arthritis pills in the AM and 2 in the PM. Plus wearing 4% Lidocaine patches around the clock. It's been a long 3+ weeks. I hope you can find some relief soon. Ky Girl
ReplyDeleteIs there a chance of getting to see ANY doctor before your trip? It seems like a real bother. Do you have any "walk-in" non emergency type situations?
ReplyDeleteDid you lift any of those bags stones? Yesterday could it be rotator cuff?
ReplyDeleteHow well do you tolerate tramadol?
It’s a grungy pain killer but makes some very very sleepy.
I take Celebrex it’s an rheumatoid/osteopath/arthritic/pain relief it is a game changer for me otherwise my shoulder and left hand would literally make me cry with the constant pain.
No I didn't lift any stones. Lacy did it all. I hurt my shoulder lifting a shelving unitvwhen we moved house. It's been getting worse since May. Constant pain, aching all the time. I'm picking it's rotary cuff as I have every single symptom of it. Still waiting for an ultrasound.
DeleteIgnore typos! Rotar cuff
DeleteIf it is a full tear, and it sounds like it might be, that’s surgery, total immobilization, lots of physical therapy, almost a year recovery.
DeleteI had mine fixed in Sept 2020, luckily my husband was working from home. I needed a lot of help during the immobilization part. It was a very long time before I could dress myself. It was a really long time before I could drive again.
I made a full recovery. I followed instructions very carefully.

Gosh that sounds awful. I hope i don't need surgery!
DeleteIf it is a sizable tear, it is surgery. If it is a sizable tear you want surgery, that is the only fix.
