MEETING A HAMILTON GIRLFRIEND

After living in Hamilton for five years, I am FINALLY having a meet up with a long time Hamilton girlfriend for lunch. I am really looking forward to it.  I don't know why it's taken so long...

Trulicity has ONE NASTY SIDE EFFECT for me...

ABOVE:  You get no prizes for guessing what that side effect is!

I can go 4-5 days ALL.  THE.  TIME... before 'going'.

It is highly uncomfortable and painful.

I've tried medications the Dr gave me to no avail.  Over the counter 'remedies' as well, again to no avail.

So this is the next possible solution.  It's probably going to taste bloody awful, but if it works?  Worth it.

I hate Kiwifruit too, but if the juice works... I'll do it.

I'll let ya know how it goes... or doesn't.  πŸ˜„πŸ˜†πŸ˜€πŸ˜–πŸ˜

11.20 am, and I've already done heaps this morning.  Happy to say I've knocked quite a few Christmas gifts off the list.
Now I'm waiting for B to arrive at the local cafΓ© for lunch with me.

2 pm:   BEST BEST BEST lunch date in forever!  Bronwyn and I had years of catching up to do, and we did!  Sure, we've seen each other over the years, but never to just sit and YAK.
OMG is was wonderful.
We used to see each other every week back in the day, and yak our heads off.
Today was like that.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our catch up, and vow to keep having them.
Next time we hope to have a couple of other old time girlfriends join us too.

ABOVE: We both had a Pork Belly open sandwich for lunch, it was DELICIOUS.  Truly lovely.  OLIVE Cafe at the Flagstaff shops is a very nice cafe.  Highly recommend.
Now that I am home, I'm going to paint me nails.
This morning I bought this lot:

ABOVE:  I've not done me nails in YEARS... time to start making an effort.  Maybe if I do, they will toughen up a bit, and stop splitting and breaking so easily?  I can only hope.

ABOVE: This morning I also bought a new mouse pad, and this one really appealed.  It's bigger than 'usual', fits the arm of me chair, and matches the pinks in the room.  I'm very happy with it.

In all, it's been a damn LOVELY day so far.

Yum! I love prunes and prune juice! Try those along with an, ahem, suppository from the chemist. You should see some results. xx Colleen

  5. Hate to say it, but you probably need to increase your liquid intake (water 🀣🀣) but yes, good luck with all that stuff. πŸ’©

  7. I recently bought that brand of nail polish in blue and in lilac colors, and love it. Re your problem I don't know if you take a probiotic capsule every day, I do and do not have that ahem problem. The probiotic keeps your stomach and gut fauna healthy.
