LET'S EAT SOME CAKE, AND PIZZA TOO

 

My sister died aged 67.  (she was two months off turning 68).  Today I turn 67.

It makes me feel so sad.  I'm sure I've got a few more years left in me, but you just never know what can happen.

My brothers died aged 27 and 36, so I am blessed to get to this age, when they didn't.  

So, I'm going to try and have a nice day.  

The first thing I'm doing this morning is delivering pamphlets around my area of the village, advertising our little village market.  It's on November the 8th in our community centre.  I have a prime spot INSIDE selling my stuff.  My gazebo will fit inside, so I don't have to alter my set up at all. I am not expecting sales from this, but to kinda let people here know what I make and sell.  It might lead to sales further down the track?

After delivering the pamphlets I will be going out to buy a cake.  We are having pizza and cake for my birthday dinner.  Yum.

While today is tinged with sadness, I AM having a good day.

I got all the pamphlets delivered, then went to the supermarket for party stuff.

ABOVE:  I could not decided what cake to get, Chocolate, Carrot or Black Velvet.

So I got all three!  Only, I wanted a pink and a blue iced one, so ended up with FOUR!  lol

Why the hell not.  OH and a Unicorn cup cake for Lily.

I will be running into Weight Watchers early tonight, just jumping on the scales then getting back home for dinner.

I also have to remember my jabby jab, though it is starting to become a bi-weekly habit now.

Tuesdays and Fridays.  Tis all good.

ABOVE: This morning while rummaging in the wardrobe, I found my other cross body bag.  I can't remember who sent it to me many years ago, but it has had some use, and will get even more now.  Whoever sent it to me, thank you.  I still love it.

2.20 pm, and I'm sitting down for a while.  I have been fluffing around in the house, tweaking a few things.  Nothing much, but I just felt like tweaking! 

I am longing for my pizzza and cake... I decided not to have lunch so I really could have a nice dinner.  

I wasn't cold all day, until now.  The weather has taken a bit of a turn, and it's bloody cold again.  Now I'll have to get back into long tights and a warm top...

ABOVE: Some happy snaps from this evening... and none of Stew or Bex!  Whoops.  I must do better next time.

It's now 8 pm and everyone has gone home.  Stew and I are going to relax and blob out in front of the telly till bedtime.

I'm full as a bull!

I've not eaten that much in a long time.
