Right: here's a little Giveaway. If you want to 'win' these just leave a comment saying "I want to win" on this entry, or any entry in the next week... and you will go in the draw. That's all there is to it. You don't have to become a follower, or blog about it... or nothing!
ABOVE : A single cushion cover waiting to be made... and BELOW: two cushion covers waiting to be made.
ABOVE: some fake fur material.. I made lots of really neat cushions out of this stuff a few years ago. Don't wanna make any more! So .... who wants it?
Today: Teddy gets groomed again. The groomer is coming to the house.... I am going to stay right away from them! Last time I kept checking on Teddy and he howled something shocking!
Apart from that.... might make a couple more cards.... do some friggin housework and .... keep the kids from driving each other nuts... and me!
Teddy got groomed, the kids and I stayed inside the house so he couldn't see or hear us.. and he didn't bark or howl ONCE... not at all! What a relief.
The lady who grooms him does such a wonderful job! She works for DOGWORKZ... her name is Rhonda Shirley (Phn: 021 288-1271).... and I can highly recommend her. I am thrilled with how gorgeous she makes Teddy look!ABOVE: I am making a few cards... and see that ruler/rotary cutter and board? They are now the ones I shall use for card making... one less expense to worry about eh? Works for me.
ONWARD... well I've made 4 cards during the day.. and here's a sneak peek at them:
As there is HEAPS on today's post.. I shall show you my latest cards tomorrow!
End of Day: it's been a lovely day again. Productive. I like that. The kids have now been home for a week, and they are starting to get on each other's nerves. Thank gawd Stew is going to be home for the next week! He can help entertain them. nite nite.
Ohh beautiful! I want to win ;)
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhh those fur pieces look funky as you may have to banish yourself to the garage while Teddy is being groomed.
ReplyDeleteOh, my turn to enter a give away! I wanna win!!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteAnd get your butt over to my blog and enter my latest give away, too! :o) It doesn't matter that you've already won a bag...you can still enter to win another one (if you want!).

ReplyDeleteHi Chris
ReplyDeleteTeddy is gorgeous . He is such a sweetie.
Your cards are really neat.
Hope you are having nice weather - we are having RAIN over here so all of my furbabies do not want to go out in the rain. :)
Teddy looks so cute and I can't wait to see what those cards look like. Those flowers look really neat..
ReplyDeleteI rather like the look of those fabrics ..I'd love to win them ..but it's a loooong way to send them !!
You are a machine Chris! You just go and go and go non-stop! Is there anything you can't make? I love the cards - especially the breast cancer one. You are SO talented!
ReplyDeleteThe cards look gorgeous Chris. I'll be in Akld Monday to Wednesday of next week, so will txt you to see if you are free to meet for a coffee.
ReplyDeleteYes I do! I'm planning on heading over to Onehunga to Dressmart at some stage, and I've never been to Sylvia Park....... (and I want to see some movies!). My son's course is in Remuera so if my memory serves me well, it should only take me 15-20 minutes to get to either place. Do you want to arrange a time and place now, or wait til Monday?
ReplyDeleteSounds good. I'll leave Remuera at 9.30 when the course starts so I'll be there in time ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'll be the pleasantly rounded, newly blonde one!
You should keep the yacht cushion covers and make them up for your nautical theme bedroom.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the cards! Can't wait to see the next creations after the sneak peek!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win the furry pieces!
ReplyDeleteYes please Chris ... "I want to win" :))
ReplyDeleteYour dog groomer sounds like one awesome lady - I hear so many horror stories from friends with dogs about dog groomers who seem to upset their dogs in the process. Your dog groomer sounds like she is very good at her job :)
You are so crafty! I can't wait to see the cards tomorrow. From what I can see, they look awesome. And your little white fur ball looks gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI would love the giraffes! I can't make cards at all. I really admire those that do!
ReplyDeleteChris, I would love those fake furs, foot not included I hope!
