And I'm feeling good! I had an awesome sleep (finally) and have woken up feeling pumped! Wanna go walkies, have masses of energy!
Today: kids to school, walk the dog, and then definitely go into town and find the right cleansing programme for me! I need it!!! I ain't 'been' for 4 days, eating only fruit and veges for days has just blocked me up..... too much information? *SNIGGER*.... later dudes....
RE: The support group - I liked how it wasn't pre-planned, we just could talk about whatever and one thing led to another. As they go on here's hoping we all see the successes we want! An on-line one - well we have got one going here in the way of blogs.
ReplyDeleteRemember tell those kids of yours about what we were talking about Sat regarding getting help for a bond.
Love the cat thing on the fridge, I'm not a cat lover either.
ReplyDeleteI reckon go for the detox that Lyn is doing as it cost $120.00 and you can get tips off someone who has done it.
Loved that dress, it is soooo pretty :)
Oh my gawd.... poor kitty!!! LMAO
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of online support groups, with proper forums and message boards etc already set up. The problem with these is that they do tend to fizzle...probably because there is only so much that can be said/done online before it starts to repeat.
ReplyDeleteThe beauty of a face-to-face group is that, with a good bunch of committed people, it doesn't have to get old. If everyone is feeling a bit flat one week you can all do a quick lap around the block, have a boogie to some 80s music or get pink-cheeked with 10min of speed cleaning Chris' windows. People can bring a plate with the recipe to share, lead the group in booty and weigh-in in front of the group if they so choose. To anyone looking for a local group, approach your council as they may know of one, or do a Chris and start your own ;oP
HAHAHA...The cat in the fridge tickled me....so pleased it isn't a real cat.....or is it????......teehee
ReplyDeleteBTW, on my blog I said I had a blip NOT BLIMP (as left on your comment)....HAHAHA....tickled me also.
Have a good day hun
HUGS TO YOU
I tried on jeans on Sunday, then got pissed off with the 12-year-olds they hire as so-called sales assistants, so didn't buy any...
ReplyDeleteOh!!! The poor pussy cat!!! That cat looks like my boy Chilli!!!
ReplyDeleteYour detox sounds interesting.. not sure if I could do something like that though. Good luck with it!
And good on you for setting up the support group... I think its an awesome idea. You ROCK Chris!!!
I want some of that energy you got. I'm gonna get me some.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back on track and put yesterdays stuff up behind you. You worked too bloody hard to let it go.
I'm doing the same detox next week.
Good luck on that cleansing diet. I've never tried one. I need to get back to writing down the food and I will tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteAhhhh, poor kitty cat.
lmao! I hate cats, revolting evil farkin things :(
ReplyDeleteI HATE CATS!!!!! best place for them....dead!!lol
ReplyDeleteGlad everything went well on Thursday. I was thinking of ya!!
The group sounds like a hit. Good luck with the whole detox thing, I think I need a detox after my big weekend......
hey
ReplyDeleteyour support group sounds great!
well done with the detox! I think you are doing really well with it.
Glad you decided on the pills instead of the castor oil. Doesn't have the same affect as half of those herbs do. Some of them are very strong detoxifying herbs and will really kick start those organs. Can't wait to hear how it goes.
ReplyDeleteJust read Janene's comment and I'm sorry missy, but you would be the first to kick my arse if I was drinking artificial chemical shit in the middle of a detox. And you wonder why you don't feel so great?? I have done liver cleansing diet before and when you're eating heaps of fruit and veges you can usually shit through the eye of a needle. Stop the fucken coke NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the detox....;o)
ReplyDeleteYou totally suck with the kitty pic! YOu just don't know the love you are missing! MEOW!
ReplyDeletelol That picture is so funny. I don't like cats either. Well, I don't mind other peoples cats, especially if they're friendly, but I would never own one.
ReplyDeleteYAY GIRL....detox does not sound like fun.
ReplyDeleteMy cat is on my last nerve. Might she come to visit?????
