Today I'm off to Hamilton to Donna's Studio patchwork group. I love this group. Everyone sews and chats and it's just the most friendly group.
I'm sticking with the Cambridge one because it is getting better, slowly.
Weight Watchers last night, I was pleased quite a few ladies noticed and commented on my new hair colour. I am really liking it.
We (as a group) are starting a new Challenge. It's to bring along a friend and both of you attend for 6 weeks to win a beautician prize pack.
As I haven't made any new friends here yet, I won't be entering the challenge I suppose.
But I am going to try TODAY to make healthy choices. One day at a time for me. After feeling so bloody awful yesterday, I really need to make today a good one.
ABOVE: The kids favourite places... their rooms! They both have a tv that they use to play XBox etc on. We hardly see them unless they are hungry!
Webby: you asked for pup photos, so I give you:
ABOVE: Tallulah. Very cute. Rather naughty. We have an animal specialist coming this coming weekend to work with her/us to try and get her less aggressive to strangers and other dogs.
ABOVE: Coco in her favourite place... Stew's lap.
Well, that's me for now. Catch ya later.
ONWARD...
4.14 pm: well whoops! Forgot to update. Patchwork group was nice today, as per usual. BUT... no one mentioned my hair! Maybe they didn't notice?
Hmmm.
Once home, I felt exhausted, could hardly keep awake! Same as yesterday.
So now I think it's the Amitriptyline... the Dr upped my dose a few weeks ago and since there abouts, I've had overwhelming tiredness during the day, but not every day. So I will try cutting it back a bit and see if that helps.
The ladies at group today said there's a Bernina shop in Te Awamutu with lovely fabrics in it... so I might just go for a tiki tour over there tomorrow! It's not far from here at all either.
Well as per usual, it's been a nice quiet afternoon and evening. Nothing happening. This is good.
Off to bed soon... trying to get to bed a bit earlier so I'm not so tired the next day.
Have fun in class today. Lunch afterwards maybe?
ReplyDeleteOOOO Brylee really is alive and kicking ! lol and beautiful. Thank you for the pups pictures! They got a big OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO from me! ~smile~
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear a report from the animal specilaist! Our collie is wonderful MOST of the time up until a UPS TRUCK drives in the yard. The only person in the world I fear he might bite is a delivery person. He gets so bent out of shape! So, I would really LOVE to hear what this specialist says about your beautiful girl!
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in what the animal specialist has to say too. Tallulah doesn't look very aggressive though....
ReplyDeleteI always like you pictures.
Do Griffin and Brylee ever ask about their bio logical father's?
ReplyDeleteI got my hair cut short and no one mentioned it. I was like sheesh must look like crap if no one says anything lol. After it grew a bit people finally started commenting on it lol
