Late yesterday afternoon I whipped up three more PSP pouches for the kids:
ABOVE: the boy's ones...
ABOVE: Brylee's. They are fun to make, and quick too.
TODAY: I'm off to work at the Hospice Shop, while Bex gets the delightful job of babysitting the three kids! I feel good about that! lol
I'm not even going to bother saying I hope to spend no money today... I simply cannot resist a bargin... and our little shop is full of them!
ONWARD...
ABOVE: Two lovely baby blankets, hand knitted and brand new... and another lanyard.
ABOVE: there is a lovely little old lady who comes into our shop almost every day... and she saw me wearing some ear rings last week in a turquoise colour, so she came in today and gave me this necklace! How lovely is that?
ABOVE: I got this neat little personal fan too.. it's brilliant! You spray a wee bit of the water on your face and then turn on the fan... cool!
It was quite busy in the shop today... and I really enjoyed being there. Bex had a fairly good time with the kids too... she doesn't let them get away with anything! Pretty good that.
So, lunch just been eaten, time to sit and relax for a wee while.
A relaxing afternoon has been had by all. The kids are happily playing with their PSP's and X Box... and Bex and I have been playing with the dogs and catching up on some taped TV programmes.
OH, and it's pissing down outside and started getting dark at 5pm. Yaaaa... really feels like Autumn now.
End of Day: a nice day in all.... and the kids have not driven me totally nuts yet!
ON TRACK:... yes, but not ready to step on the scales yet! Far too many bad days in the past month!
nite nite.

ReplyDeleteThat fan is made for a country like Singapore. It hasn't felt hot in Singapore since March tho'. The weather is crazy. Thunderstorm every single day. The necklace looks fit for a queen!
ReplyDeleteThose little pouches are really cute...I'm sure the kids love them! And how sweet of that lady to bring you that pretty necklace. And she brought it to you...not Miss Stinky Pants! :o)
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Cyndi
That necklace is stunning and will just look amazing on you with those gorgeous blue eyes of yours.
ReplyDeleteGood work on the psp pouches you clever little thing!
It's probably my fault, but my kids rather play video games than spend time with me.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are having a nice and relaxing day... Can I ask: when do you think you'll next weigh-in?
ReplyDeleteI gave up WW ages ago, but really need to get back into it.
Glad you have someone to help you out with the kids. Lovely necklace, lucky you. Enjoy the Autumn.
