I have to find just the right piece for the backing on my Table Runner eh? All going well I should get it finished this weekend.
Then I can start on the Baby's quilt. Well, when the pattern arrives that is. It should be today or tomorrow at the latest.
I can't wait to start it.
It's weigh-in day.... I will wait till mid-morning, after I've had 50,000 piddles! Some days I can piddle 12 times before lunch... depending on how much fluid I'm retaining! Makes putting knickers on a waste of time! Really! NOT that I wander around knicker-less! But it's a thought.
WEIGHED IN: Lost 1.1 kilos this week! Thrilled to bits about that. It's WORKING... I'm doing it~!!!!!
Bought some chocolate brown backing material for the table runner, just killing time right now until I take Brylee to her Orthodontic appointment.
ONWARD..
LYNDA asked me "What am I doing/eating?".. well I'm just eating: meat, dairy, eggs, salads, veges and fruit basically! NO BREAD/POTATO/PASTA/RICE or BISCUITS/CRACKERS/CAKES. I am happy to say I am finding it extremely easy to do too! And obviously it's working eh?

End of Day: and for the first time in 3 weeks I caved in and had some carbs. Not too many... but carbs all the same. Now I feel like I've let myself down... but... I know I will be fine again tomorrow. Onward eh? nite nite.

I am so thrilled that it is working! Mine is still working in that I don't have any hunger - just no weight loss. Grrrr.... I know I have to be patient. I'm also making sure I'm not eating too many calories.
