But I KNOW that you need to do whatever makes you comfortable so you are not afraid to go back. I also know that natural teeth (even with some problems) are better than dentures. So do whatever it takes to be comfortable and keep those teeth! Pretty healthy as banan bread goes, and really good! <br /><br />Banana & Nut Chia Loaf<br />3 bananas<br />4 eggs<br />3 Medjool dates<br />¼ c chopped almonds (replace with pepitas for nut free)<br />1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />¼ c coconut flour<br />2 tablespoons chia seeds<br />1 teaspoon baking powder<br />1 teaspoon vanilla extract<br />pinch salt<br /><br /> <br />1. Place bananas, eggs, dates, cinnamon & almonds in food processor and blend until smooth.<br />2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into lined loaf pan.<br />3. Let sit for 10mins to allow coconut flour & chia seeds to swell.<br />4. Sprinkle with some additional chopped almonds.<br />5.
