Just my opinion... As long as you have a good lawyer to read the contract and look out for your interest, that's all you need. carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04971851495729689370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36007054.post-54447825585947920722016-05-11T23:40:16.887+12:002016-05-11T23:40:16.887+12:00High five you on the fuck you to the plaster homes...High five you on the fuck you to the plaster homes! Not So Crankyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12386468255712151377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36007054.post-67800853403296000902016-05-11T20:26:01.060+12:002016-05-11T20:26:01.060+12:00I agree a complaint needs to be lodged and her att...I agree a complaint needs to be lodged and her attitude behavior in this fiasco held to account that's for sure. and yes please eat something substantial.Blondie1https://www.blogger.com/profile/06317339665716280769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36007054.post-89597744768727529172016-05-11T20:12:46.803+12:002016-05-11T20:12:46.803+12:00Woohoo! I was a loans officer for a bank previously, and we always advised our clients to run any contract over with their solicitor before signing (and add clauses such as "Subject to purchaser's solicitor's agreement"; "subject to a building report that is satisfactory to the purchaser" and "subject to finance"). Very relieved that you will be checking with your solicitor going forward as I hate that you had to go through that stress - that agent really was looking out for herself and vendors as number one priority there. I hope the rest of your day is relaxing :)Paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02670323685547211097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36007054.post-7653166893518329162016-05-11T15:36:30.030+12:002016-05-11T15:36:30.030+12:00phew so relieved for you thank god for the bank ho...phew so relieved for you thank god for the bank hope u managed to have a snoozeFREEDOMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06656610815647464949noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36007054.post-14079474472731696172016-05-11T15:17:10.119+12:002016-05-11T15:17:10.119+12:00So glad that awful experience is over for you.
