It is not her fault at all... and I doubt she was aware of the deafness either. I only picked it up once we got her home and spent more time with her alone... not with all her litter mates.<br />All the pups were given a clean bill of health with the vet before being sold, and 'J' sold them in good faith. You cannot tell if a puppy is going to develop medical issues down the line, it's just luck of the draw. It could happen to any pup or animal you buy. As long as you sell in good faith, there is no come back. My own dogs, although hearing, also respond to hand signals for sit, stay, drop, etc.....except Ruby.
