I DON'T SAY IT OFTEN

BUT.... THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! (AND the 13th too)

I'm knackered!  Having a littlie to look after full time is bloody tiring!  I had forgotten how time consuming they can be... when Dante lived here he had his parents to look after him.
And of course, I'm not a young Mum anymore, I'm an old grandma.  lol

But it is neat having Keera here, she is such a little honey.  It's been good getting to know her all over again.  She has changed quite a bit in the months since we last saw her.  For a start her language is much better now, she can easily convey what she wants and even hold a conversation of sorts.

I am looking forward to the weekend though, with having Stew and the big kids home to help entertain Keera.  I haven't been able to get much done at all all week, as Keera has wanted to spend most of her time with me.  Awwww... so cute.

Today I am going to do some work on the wall hanging... even if it's just cutting out the individual pattern pieces.  I haven't done that yet.  I can do that while Keera plays beside me in the lounge.

I'm getting to watch/listen to all the freakin' pre-school programmes on TV... how lucky can I get?
Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, Max and Ruby, Go Diego Go... such FUN.  NOT NOT NOT.
At least Play School and Sesame Street are no longer on!  If I had to sit through either of those I would go mental.
Seriously.

I'm hoping to get some blog reading done next week... I'm the worst blog reader ever I know!
Time people... it's never the right time.

Right, I shall bugger off and get some washing on, tidy the house and then spend time with Miss Muppet.

ONWARD...

12.30 pm:  and we went out and about.  First off we bought some puppy kibble for Tallulah, she needs it in the last few weeks of pregnancy cos it's higher in fats.

Then we decided to go to Playcentre and join Dante and Bex for the morning.
Which was just awesome.  Keera had a blast at Playcentre.

ABOVE: Morning tea time.  There was a farewell morning tea on, so we had lots of lovely treats.
We got home by about 12 and now Miss Muppet is having her nap and I'm watching Home and Away.  Such a lovely day!

End of Day:  well after a quiet afternoon, and a pleasant evening in front of the telly, it's time for bed.  Really tired today... batteries are running flat.  *smiles*
nite nite

  1. However tiring it is, it must be such a joy to spend time with the lovely Keera! Her dancing yesterday was just too cute! I'm in hospital at the mo, after rolling and breaking my ankle last Thurday, didn't know it was broken to Tuesday however and hobbled round in agony for 5 days! So I feel for ya Steve, it's bloody painful! I'm unlucky, just had plate and screws in mine. Heading off on a cruise in two weeks- bright side- I only have to take one of each shoe!!
