YET ANOTHER OPEN HOME DAY

The Open Homes seem to come around very fast I must say.
At least today we have a small hope that one of the viewers today is very keen on our home.
They have put their own  home on the market and are coming to look at ours today, as they think they want it.

Of course I don't want to get my hopes up, but it is hard not to.

Stew is going to help with the prep this morning, then he's taking the 3 kids out at lunchtime and I will stay and finish getting the house ready without kids underfoot.

I tend to get all stressed out trying to get it all ready AND keep the kids and dogs from messing it up again.

There's nothing worse than having a bathroom all glistening and clean and some bloody kid goes in there and stinks it up!  Gross I know.

So, as per usual for now, that's my Sunday planned.

After the Open Home we are visiting Steve, Bex and the boys.  They are not coming over for dinner tonight as they have visitors themselves.

Right I  shall bugger off and get moving... the sooner I start, the sooner it will all be done.
Seriously, I have HOURS to do it, and it really only takes about 1-2 hours now.
But, I still get in a flap over it.

Selling your house is SO STRESSFUL!

ONWARD...

5.17 pm:

Well it's been a busy day... Open Home.  6 groups through... will find out in a few days if any buyer today.

After the Open Home we went and visited Steve and Bex.  They had visitors from Hamilton, Nicky and Sam and their two littlies.

ABOVE:  two babies... Archer on the left and Sophie on the right.  Sophie is 9 days younger than Archer.  Her little brother Alex is about 2-3 months younger than Dante.

ABOVE:  I'm in my element, holding bubbas.  These two are just gorgeous.

We are home now, finally relaxing after another one of those days where you just want it over.

End of Day:  a nice evening, just watching the telly and doing jigsaws on my computer.
nite nite
