THE FUNNIEST VIDEO IN A WHILE!

I know I just posted a video on Saturday, but this one taken last night is just so cute and funny.
It involves Dante and Coco... she is such a darling wee dog.

ABOVE:  tell me that is not the cutest, funniest video I've ever posted!  Dante just loves the dogs, and I do believe the dogs love him too.

Now... as for today.  I am going out to get a little parcel in the post, then Spotlight for more sewer's safety pins and some green fabric to bind the Fern Quilt with.
Then home to try and get that quilt finished before our son gets home.

I think Bex and Dante are going out too, they are having lunch at a friend's place.  It's good to see them making friends here in Auckland.

I haven't mentioned my diet lately because to be perfectly honest I have lost the plot for now.  I'm very aware (EVERY DAY) of what I am doing, but my emotions are all over the place right now.

I keep thinking it will end soon, then some bastard pushes the goalposts back some more.  So, we are still waiting... and waiting...  *sigh*

There isn't a day goes by where I wish I could just go in there and rip shreds ofF someone for putting us through this.  It's like a slow torture. BASTARDS.

Right, now that's off me ample chest, I shall go and start me day.

ONWARD...

Well.... it would appear Dante now has a tummy bug.  He's been vomiting intermittently all morning.  Poor bubba.

So, they won't be going out today after all.

I still am.  AND I'm going to take a few bits 'n' bobs to the Hospice Shop.  I've got a few things I can donate, instead of always bringing stuff home.

A very quiet day in blogworld I see!
Nevermind,  it's all good.

I got some fabric for binding the quilt, more cottons, dropped some stuff off at the Hospice Shop and came home.
I can't believe how fast today has gone!

I'm on to sewing on the last border before the binding can be done, so am making good progress on the Fern Quilt for Russell.

Talking of Russell... I'm sure I will get to finish the quilt before we get to see him.  Not expecting it see him until maybe??? the weekend.
Not sure yet.

Would you believe I've not taken a single photo all day?

Dante is pretty sick.  He's been vomiting all day, and has now got the shits too.
It's pretty full on for Bex.  He vomited all down her back just before, so I held him while she cleaned herself up.

He's christened his little foam couch with poop too, so it's been washed and is now drying.

As I said, FULL ON.  I hope he is feeling better soon, poor bubba.

It's almost time to prepare dinner.  So... onward!

Dinner is cooking... Chicken/Onion Rice Risotto.
Dante is up chucking... still.

Stew came home early today.  No motivation to stay at work. Don't blame him.

CHRISTY:  thanks for the heads up about comments.  I have been wondering why there has been so few comments, so I've taken word verification off for now to see if it makes a difference.
Thanks to anyone who leaves me a comment, they DO make me feel cared about in a strange way.

Dante has just woken up from a good nap... on the floor in the family room.  He's still incredibly miserable.  Hungry, wants food, but has a cracker then just throws it up again.   Very distressing for him and us.
I hope it's just a 24 hour bug... or he will be off to the Doctor tomorrow.

End of Day:  I've had a nice day, just love this Fern Quilt, it's almost finished!  Might be done by tomorrow night even.
nite nite

  2. I hope Dante feels better soon - nothing worse than a sick child except maybe a sick man !!!!
You'll know when the time is right to get your eating under control again because until your head is in the right place, no matter how hard you try, it just won't happen - get your head right and it will all fall into place like it's meant to.
    Have the best day !
