EVERY DAY.. IN SOME WAY...

Teddy manages to get his 'hands' on a sock or two... and he kills them! I am so over this dog and his sock eating.
Anyone know how I can stop him???

I either stop him or kill him. (well OK... maybe not kill)

It's our Wedding Anniversary (22yrs)... I can still remember the day we got married.... I loved Stew then and I love him even more now. He's my Darling.

No firm plans for today... I think Stew wants to take the kids to the movies... which means leaving me in peace for a while to play with the new sewing machine. NICE. I don't 'do' kids movies... they drive me batty.

OH YEAH... we have weigh in at 9.30... followed by an hour of 'counselling'... shit that should be fun. Wonder if I will end up slapping me Doctor again???

BETS anyone?
Weigh in done, counselling done.. and it took me about 5 minutes to slap him!
After that we did what Stew wanted to do ....
He finally got his New Zealand Outline Tattoo! It's awesome. The kids sat and watched the entire process....(well Griffin did)...
Brylee sat there with this look on her face the entire time, but she wasn't looking at Stew!....
At one point she said: "I'm sure that's a tit"
....

She was totally ENGROSSED in looking at all these photos of tattoo's!
After the Tattoo was done we went into K' Road for lunch then came home ... it's been a long day already!
End of Day: processing stuff from our meeting with the Doc this morning... gunna sit down with Stew and work on our strategies to drop the kilos and keep em off. I had two glasses of wine with dinner, pleasantly pissed now. Stew MIGHT get lucky! LMFAO, nite nite.

  2. I hope you both have a good weight loss and no slapping occurs.
I've never had a dog go after socks, till the spaz of a puppy we just got, we flick her on the nose and tell her a stern no, but that so far has not stopped her...

Today as both of you look back
    with happiness and pride
    upon your 22 cherished years
that you've spent side by side,
May every memory that you share
of dreams you've seen come true,
    help make this special day
a happy one for you both!

    Happy Anniversary

  12. Chris, the little pic in my following blogs thing made that sock look like a dinosaur skull! Ok now, close your eyes and look at it kind of squinty and see if I'm not right.

    Dinosaur skull.

  15. Sounds as if you had a lovely day even if it did involve the whole doctor thing ... but I guess you could say you are guaranteeing another 22 years of healthy, happy life together!

Love Stew's tat. Just as well he's a New Zealander ... could be awkward finding somewhere to place Australia!

  16. Congratulations on your wedding anniversary!

Sorry I have no ideas about dogs vs socks (unless you try putting a blown up balloon inside them - and hope that the scare from the "pop" as his teeth sink in, stops him - I know it worked for a neighbour who buried a blown up balloon to stop their dog digging under our adjoining fence).

  21. Oh.....and Teddy should totally have his own sock basket...on the floor where he has easy access. Then you should keep buying socks to replace the ones he "kills" and praise him for all the incidental exercise he is getting in by going in for the KILL.....so there:)
